To just make the kit, once you settle on a design, the processing of the logs goes quickly. Once the logs are on the construction site, you can be fully enclosed within two weeks depending on build size and plan.
Prices are dependent on design and features. Down payment for a kit is 50% of the material costs. Full amount due upon delivery. A down payment for kit and build is inclusive of the 50% material costs and will be structured on a tiered system dependent on build job.

Corners are machine-notched for a precise, tight fit, and all logs are pre-cut to length with window and door openings already in place. This streamlined system allows for faster, more efficient assembly compared to traditional scribed homes, reducing both labor time and overall cost. The result is a high-quality, durable log home that’s also practical and cost-effective to build.
